    Whew. Finally the England camp is down to 20%. Despite having a formidable midfield on paper, England’s troubles up front and poor showing so far have ispired little confidence. At least, that’s what I heard.

    If Portugal makes it past England I fancy them to go all the way.
    “Anyone but Italy” has never been cried so fervently.
    I’m gutted about Spain though.

    I feel sorry for all you chumps who doubted France. Who did they beat today? No matter, once France handily sees off Portugal it should be clear sailing to a second world title. Allez les bleus !!

    I don’t think the French have reached the level that Germany is performing at, yet. But Henry and Zidane might be good enough to hand it to the rest of Europe here on in…

    Well, now that Germany is out, I am at a lost who is going to win. Obviously Italy has a 50/50 chance but I hate for them to win. Portugal would have a better chance against Italy as the French as just too old. I am going to cheer for Portugal!

    Commercial Drive would be the place to be if it’s Italy vs. Portugal. I’m either with Portugal or France. Zidane was incredible in their match against Brazil….
