Back in July, Emma had a one week horse camp in Delta. She absolutely loved it, I’m not sure I’ve seen her get as excited or interested in anything quite like this.
I took the kids hiking on the North Shore yesterday. As part of my plans to get them into hiking and backpacking, I had both of them carry daypacks and I carried my pack with a stove and hot chocolate ready for brewing.
This isn’t the most exciting video in the world, but below you can see our movie clip from Emma May’s Ballet performance last Saturday.
Over the past couple of weeks, both of my kids have really impressed me. Don’t get me wrong, as a proud father I’m always impressed.
The kids just a few days before…. Emma May’s haircut: Grady’s haircut:
I haven’t yet decided on what I’ll be when I grow up but my kids have. Grady wants to either be a train driver or police car driver.
wow, Emma May gets her first haircut and looks all grown up. Emma kept getting really bad tangles in the back of her hair.
Grady got his hair cut yesterday and it looks damn sharp. I guess he wanted it cut because he’s joining the forces?

I added some new photos to the gallery this morning. As usual, they are mostly pictures of the kids.
